All packages will be shipped via UPS or freight unless otherwise noted. We'll always do our best to assure our customers receive the lowest possible rates and packages ship as compactly as possible.

All shipping prices will be quoted after your order is placed.

Exhibit Artistry stands behind the craftsmanship of all the products we offer. We guarantee against manufacturing defects on our entire selection of products. The warranty period varies by product and is listed on each individual product page.

Limitations

Exhibit Artistry does not pay for return shipping for products that are sent back to us or the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Exhibit Artistry is not liable for damage caused by improper storage, inappropriate shipping methods, or damages caused in shipping transit. If you are unsure how to store or ship your products, please contact us.

*All warranty claims are evaluated on an individual basis.

Unless otherwise noted, all returned merchandise carries a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days in new condition. Graphics, design time, custom printed products and shipping charges are non-refundable.
